Meet Coach Yonce
Robert Yonce is a former NCAA Division I coach with experience training and evaluating players, building teams, and navigating the recruiting process at the highest level. His coaching experience also extends internationally, serving as an assistant coach with Panama's U20 Women's National Team for the XXV Central American and Caribbean Games in Santo Domingo.
Today, he works directly with athletes in the Knoxville area, helping them develop real game skills, basketball IQ, and confidence that translates beyond workouts.
He also works with players and families nationwide through recruiting guidance and resources helping them better understand the process, communicate with college coaches, and make more logical decisions along the way.
His approach is simple: focus on what actually shows up in games, build long-term habits, and give players honest feedback that leads to real growth.
From his experience, college coaches don't care about perfection, they care about progress, reliability, and how a player impacts the game. He's seen firsthand what separates players at the next level... and what doesn't.
Whether you're looking to develop on the court skills in Knoxville or navigating recruiting from anywhere, the goal is the same - real development that translates.
